YMCA SUMMER CHILD CARE

 

The Winona Family YMCA has an awesome summer planned for all children entering K-6th grade in. Each program offers a fun, safe and welcoming environment for children, with content focused on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Children will enjoy a wide range of activities and games (including swimming twice a week in our YMCA pool).

 

Registration is limited!

YMCA Summer Program participants must be at least 5 years old and entering kindergarten through 6th grade in the fall.

 

Immunization Records are REQUIRED before care starts.

Hours: 7:00am-5:30pm

Location: Winona Family YMCA 

Daily Rate: Members: ** $30/day Non-members: $33/day 15% discount for additional children in the same household.  **Must be a member at the time of registration to get the member's rate.

Registration Fee: There is a $25 one-time nonrefundable registration fee for each child-Winona YMCA Members will have their registration fee put towards the cost of the first couple weeks of care.

Registration & Payment
Program registration can be completed online or at the Front Desk. You can register for 2-5 days a week.  Emergency contact and payment forms must be completed, along with current immunization records prior to the first day of care. Financial assistance is available for those meeting income guidelines; the application process is easy and confidential. 
Please note there is a $15 processing fee for late registrations. 

Payment On File
All Summer Care Participants are required to have a payment method on file within their account prior to June 10th. If a payment is returned or funds are unavailable, a notice will go out providing parents or guardians 7 days from original payment date to resubmit payment. If payment is not made within 7 days, the child/children will be removed from the program until payment is received.
 

Meals
We will provide a morning and afternoon snack. All participants will need to bring their own cold lunch each day.

Refund Policy: Contracted cancellations must be made two weeks in advance for a full refund. Weekly cancellations must be made eight business days before the start of care. If a child is turned away from care due to their health screening results, pro-rated partial refunds will be provided for days of care missed. There are no refunds for days missed due to illness. If you would like the change days or cancel days/weeks of care, you need to notify the director 2 weeks prior to ensure a refund.
