Rentals & Parties

The Winona Family YMCA is a great space for meetings, corporate events, birthday or anniversary parties, graduation parties, and bridal or baby showers! Our showcase facility is handicap-accessible, offers something for everyone, and has ample parking to help make your next meeting or event a success.

Events and parties do not include YMCA staff hosts.

We may be able to accommodate facility rentals outside of regular business hours, pending staff availability. An additional fee of $20/hour will be added onto the base rental cost for reservations outside of business hours. 

Deposit & Payment: 50% deposit is required to secure the rental, with the remaining 50% due 15 days prior to the event. 

Cancellation: Must be submitted in writing at least eight days before the rental to receive full refund. 

Requirements:

  • Rentals must be requested a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the rental date. 
  • All participants accessing the YMCA for the rental will need a current Liability Waiver on file. Minors must have parent/legal guardian sign their waiver. 
  • ​YMCA spaces are not available for events with sales, promotions, fundraising, competing programming, or political campaigning.
