Workout Wednesdays

Affordable accountability with a certified personal trainer that fits your schedule. Sign up for one class, for all classes, or just the dates that work for you. The perfect compliment to your fitness regimen to keep you working towards meeting your health and wellness goals! Must register by 3:00 PM the day of to reserve your spot. Maximum of 5 people per class to ensure quality trainer time is available for each participant, minimum of 2.

Join the Y and the USA boxing coaches from Longevity Boxing Club, and experience boxing in its finest form! You will increase your confidence, self-worth, self-respect, cardio, core strength, agility, footwork, and get one of the best workouts of your life! Put the gloves on and enter the next chapter of fitness and wellness! Winona Family YMCA is working in collaboration with Longevity Boxing

*Hand wrap purchase required. $10 to your coach on your first class. Hand wraps are reusable once purchased.

TRX Small Group Training

Labeled as "the perfect workout for everyone" - TRX, or Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary training method using bodyweight! TRX classes focus on building power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, core and joint stability... all at the intensity you choose. Come experience one of the best total-body workouts you've ever had!

Weekly classes will be held Monday 6:15-7:00 pm & Thursday 4:00-4:45 pm. Held in the Fitness Studio. $10 per class for members, $15 for nonmembers.
