Enjoy camp year-round!

We have an amazing property that we love sharing! Camp Wenonah's trail systems are accessible, with written permission, for active Winona Family YMCA members for hiking, mushroom hunting and foraging, mountain biking, and seasonal snowshoeing or cross country skiing. All other facility and equipment access is available for rent. This includes use of the fire pit, high and low ropes course (only with YMCA contracted staff who are trained and authorized by the YMCA), amphitheater, pavilion, and barn with bathroom and kitchen access.

 

Camp Access Request

To access the Camp Wenonah property, please email us at info@winonaymca.org or call 507-454-1520. Include your name, phone number, when you'd like to access Camp, and for what purpose. You must receive written approval from the YMCA before accessing Camp. The Winona Family YMCA reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including misuse of the location or damage to the property. Non-members must complete a Liability Waiver.

Rental Expectations

While utilizing the Camp Wenonah property, it is expected that:

  • Participants hike only on designated hiking trails 
  • Practice the seven Leave No Trace Principles
  • All waste must be packed out of the property; no trash should be left at Camp Wenonah
  • All property should remain in the condition it was found
  • Any damages or noted changes in trails and conditions should be shared with the YMCA
