Requirements
- Must be 16 or older (18 or older for Lifeguarding)
- Must be able to pass background check
- CPR/First Aid Certification required within 30 days of hire
Group Fitness Instructor
This position instructs group fitness classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Hourly Rate: $13-14
Primarily hiring for the following classes:
BODYPUMP - All shifts - must be certified or willing to become certified
ForeverWell- Daytime mornings
Yoga- Daytime mornings and afternoon & evening subs
Group Cycle- Daytime mornings with evening subs
AquaFit- Morning and daytime subs

Swim Instructor
Instructor provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for participants in swimming classes. We are hiring for Friday evenings, Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon, and summer availability with opportunities to get certified through the Y!

Lifeguard
Help us maintain safe swimming conditions in our pool, deck, and surrounding areas. We are hiring for midday, weekend shifts and summer availability with opportunities to get certified through the Y!

After School Child Care Staff - Fall
Child Care Staff engage youth in a fun and active environment, with arts and crafts, games and outdoor playtime, field trips, swimming, and more. Provide direction for participants and facilitate a quality experience for youth and their families, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times.
This position will start in the fall of 2026

Kids Corner (Child Watch) - Fall
Child Watch Staff in Kids Corner provide a safe environment for the children attending our program, along with classroom direction and implementing program curriculum. Staff are responsible for helping to provide a high quality experience for children and parents that focus on the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
This position will start fall of 2026
